Our Box Reuse Initiative is a simple way to reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint, and keep packaging in use for longer instead of creating more.
Return your boxes to us, and you could receive up to £5 per box while helping support a more sustainable, circular approach to packaging.
How it works
Returning your boxes is straightforward:
- Send your boxes back
Arrange delivery of your used boxes to our Gainsborough warehouse:

- Include your details
Please include a delivery note with:
- Your company name
- Contact name and email address
- Number of boxes returned
- We check and confirm
Once received, we’ll inspect the boxes to ensure they’re in good, reusable condition. - You invoice us
We’ll confirm how many boxes we can reuse, then contact you so you can raise an invoice. - Get paid
We’ll process payment directly to your company.
A couple of things to note
- Boxes must be in good, reusable condition
- Please let us know in advance when boxes are on the way so we can look out for them
